Vendor link View and Edit Options
In Auto Fulfill you can set the vendor link view access, as per your requirement.
To set the view access, navigate to the "Auto Fulfill settings" page (Step 3), and click the "Advanced" option:
In the advanced option, under the "Vendor link customization" section, you will see three sub-options:
- Allow vendors to view and enter tracking details in the vendor link
- Hide vendor link but send order notification to the vendor by email
- Allow vendors to only view vendor link but restrict them from adding tracking details
1) If you select first option "Allow vendors to view and enter tracking details in the vendor link", your vendor can view and enter the tracking numbers in the vendor link.
2) The second option "Hide vendor link but send order notification to the vendor by email" will not display the vendor link and its contents to your vendor.
But, your vendor will continue to receive new order notification emails.
3) The third option "Allow vendors to only view vendor link but restrict them from adding tracking details" will grant your vendor only to view the vendor link and no edit access will be given.
