Third Party Fulfillment Service - MUST READ

If you are using a third party fulfillment services like "Oberlo" or "Aliexpress", then Auto Fulfill will not be able to access data from these kind of apps.

Auto Fulfill is a stand-alone fulfillment app, which is integrated directly with Shopify.

If you are using a third-party fulfillment service, for example "Oberlo", then:

1) You will receive new orders with "Oberlo" mentioned in the order:

So, all Shopify orders which has "Oberlo" as the fulfillment service, needs to be fulfilled in the Oberlo app first.

2) Now, if you are using Auto Fulfill app to fulfill your orders, then you can enter the tracking number in the vendor link and fulfill the orders.

However, if those orders have "Oberlo" as the fulfillment service, then Auto Fulfill will not fulfill the orders both in the Auto Fulfill app and in Shopify.

So, it is safe to keep the fulfillment service as "Shopify" for all your products at all times in Shopify.

3) Also, please note that you will not be able to change the fulfillment service for an order, which is already received by Shopify.

For example, you will not be able to change the fulfillment service from "Oberlo" to "Shopify" in an order which is already placed.
